This hotel is super convenient, with shops and Makkah right downstairs. Rooms are tidy and so comfy, perfect after long days of umrah. The breakfast spread is huge and delicious! It's a top-notch experience.

i recently had the pleasure of staying at Fairmont, and i must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. very spacious room with an amazing view on Kaaba. the cleanliness of the room was truly impressive. what truly sets this hotel apart is the impeccable service. the staff, without exception, were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. they were genuinely warm and caring. i highly recommend this hotel.

the fairmont was impeccably clean, and its proximity to the mall and prayer room made it convenient for daily activities. the breakfast was top-notch, and the guest relations team - including mustafa nour and bin saleh - went above and beyond to enhance our stay.

Great location, just a 5-minute walk to the Haram and a large mall on the lower floors. Free room upgrade, vast breakfast with great variety, and professional and friendly staff. Delicious room service dine-in food and a thoughtful touch with dates and Arabic coffee before iftar.

Our stay at this well-furnished hotel in a great location was mostly fantastic. The breakfast boasted a variety of Mediterranean dishes that left us satisfied every morning. As backpacking guests, the lifts during prayer times were a major highlight, making it convenient for us to reach the Haram. The Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception were also appreciated.
The management could use some improvement. The long wait during check-in and the disabled elevators on the upper floors were quite inconvenient.

I had a delightful experience at Fairmont. The housekeeping staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring my room was immaculate. The restaurant staff were warm and welcoming, making every meal a pleasure. a lovely stay.
